Our path towards this recognition has been the result of an in-depth diagnosis of our organisational environment, carried out following the methodology of the leading consultancy firm in the identification and certification of Excellent Places to Work, Great Place to Work®. This assessment included a global questionnaire in which all our employees participated, which has allowed us to accredit that we are an organisation with a culture of high trust, capable of attracting and retaining talent.
The most noteworthy results of this survey reveal that camaraderie and pride in belonging are fundamental values for our team. In particular, our employees appreciate the healthy and safe working environment we have cultivated, prioritising their physical and mental well-being, as well as the training and promotion plans that provide them with opportunities for growth within the company.
