Bilbao, March 2023.- Puertos del Estado considers it necessary to have its own and differentiated national maritime-port single window system due to requirements both from EU regulations, which mandate a single authority, and technical reasons.
This would allow for a common and uniform system in all state and autonomous ports, homogenizing the collection and distribution of data to various competent authorities. Additionally, Puertos del Estado has recognized the importance of including new functionalities to improve the efficiency and operation of the Dueport system, for which a tender process has been opened for user support, maintenance, and adaptation to the EMSWe Regulation and the Union Customs Code.
This tender has a base budget of 6,437,200 euros and an estimated contract value of 5.9 million euros, with a four-year execution period.
