Intermodal Forwarding achieves the Great Place to Work certification

At Intermodal Forwarding, we are pleased to announce that we have obtained the Certification that qualifies us as a Great Place to Work, reaffirming our constant commitment to excellence in management in all aspects of our company. This achievement adds to another significant recognition we received in December: the bronze ‘A’ from Euskalit, awarded by the Basque Government’s Department of Economic Development, Sustainability, and Environment, making us the first transportation company to receive this prestigious accreditation.

Our journey towards this recognition has been the result of an in-depth diagnosis of our organizational environment, conducted following the methodology of the leading consultant in identifying and certifying Excellent Places to Work, Great Place to Work®. This evaluation included a global questionnaire in which all our employees participated, allowing us to demonstrate that we are an organization with a high-trust culture, capable of attracting and retaining talent.

Among the most remarkable results of this survey, it is revealed that camaraderie and a sense of belonging are fundamental values for our team. Particularly, our professionals positively value the healthy and safe working environment we have cultivated, prioritizing their physical and mental well-being, as well as the training and promotion plans that provide them with growth opportunities within the company. We take pride in knowing that our employees feel fully integrated, respected, and treated as part of a family.

In our commitment to the development and well-being of our team, we have implemented Human Resources strategies that have been highlighted in this certification process. We have worked diligently to promote individualized training plans and a comprehensive physical and emotional well-being program. Additionally, we have made efforts to foster the training and integration of junior talent, maintaining an active collaboration with educational institutions to drive the development and inclusion of new talents in our sector.
