Automobile Transport According to International Safety Standards

At Intermodal Forwarding, we handled the transportation of an automobile from the Port of Barcelona to Cuba, strictly adhering to international safety regulations. The vehicle weighed 1700kg and was shipped in a maritime container.

Following regulations, the automobile was sent without fuel and with the battery disconnected to ensure its safety during transit. Additionally, a special securing system was used at several points on the container’s base to prevent any movement, both longitudinally and transversely, during the journey.

The shipment covered a total distance of 7,700 km, combining maritime and road transport.

In just 21 days, the vehicle arrived at its destination in perfect condition, with no incidents.
